About the Job
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our North America finance team. This role will partner with North America client sector leads to monitor cost and revenue for their businesses, and to be a key thought partner on judging the impact of our large is expected that this role will be able to lead reporting, planning, variance analysis, and time-sensitive ad hoc requests in support of the business
Responsibilities
Support North American client sector leadership teams on strategy, analytics, and financial management Manage overall budget and ensure accurate monthly reporting and forecasting. Drive the annual budget planning and strategic three-year planning process for assigned client segments. Support the sales team in commercial activities: doing analysis around customers and how different products change as share wallet. Analysis and helping identify opportunities. Manage monthly close activities in collaboration with corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting Lead deep dive analysis on monthly results, identify variances, reach out to stakeholders and ensure ongoing resolution to deliver on commitments Prepare monthly reporting packages, present to leadership team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar. 5+ years of FP&A or financial business partnering experience. Action-oriented and the ability to build strong, long term strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal functions. Proficient level of English. Strong proficiency and advanced Power Point and Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools). A team player, excitement towards the business and proactiveness. Experience in planning, forecasting and reporting and managing a budget. Ability to navigate in an ERP and Consolidations System (SAP & HFM). Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
