Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Finanzas se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a** FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER **quien tendrá la misión de Ser el business partner financiero para la unidad de Negocio. Generar valor a la organización al gestionar/reportar/analizar la información financiera. Garantizar que la estrategia del negocio este alineada con los objetivos financieros de la organización. Liderar la puesta a punto de procesos en las áreas transversales en el start-up del negocio.

**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:
Preparar presupuesto, forecast e estimaciones de las unidades de negocio (marcas) a cargo. Incluyendo estimaciones de compras y ventas de vehículos, márgenes y gastos

Asegurar que las unidades de negocio a cargo reciben la información necesaria para gestionar su negocio, apoyando y asesorando a las cabezas en su interpretación

Controlar y hacerle seguimiento el capital de trabajo e inversiones de activo fijo para optiizar el retorno a la inversión del negocio de las marcas a cargo. Identificando oportunidades de generación de valor

Coordinar la generación de explicaciones de las variaciones versus presupuesto y forecast

Coordinar con el equipo contable provisión, reclasificaciones y ajustes que afecten el P&L de la marca

Llevar a cabo análisis Ad Hoc de las marcas a cargo, siendo proactivo en la búsqueda de oportunidades de generación de valor

Dar acompañamiento a las áreas transversales en el start-up del negocio.

Educación: Profesional en carreras afines al área financiara.

**Conocimientos específicos**: Mínimo 4 años de experiência en análisis financieros, modelaje financiero, preferiblemente con experiência en cargo de control.
