Tu rol?

Gestionar y administrar las bases de datos con la información de los clientes, así como de las herramientas que se utilizan para su gestión; a través de la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de datos de cada una de las fuentes de información de la firma, permitiendo la toma de decisiones y la definición de estrategias que ofrezcan un mejor servicio a los clientes y mantengan un alto nivel de eficiencia del Centro de Operaciones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear, implementar y administrar bases de datos  que permitan el almacenamiento, consulta eficiente y resguardo de datos e información de manera estructurada.
  • Automatizar procesos a través de herramientas tecnológicas básicas, incrementando la productividad del Centro de Operaciones.
  • Generar, analizar e interpretar los datos para convertirlos en decisiones y estrategias de la firma.
  • Administrar, crear, modificar y diseñar bases de datos, manejando información de más de 12,000 clientes.
  • Organizar la información de los clientes, encontrar eficiencias en la automatización y liderar la gestión de la información.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de las diferentes áreas de la firma
  • Asegurar el relacionamiento con proveedores de software e infraestructura tecnológica.

Formación Académica:
Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, O afines, con formación complementaria en Análisis de Datos.

Conocimientos:

  • Matemáticos y estadísticos
  • Excel y Access
  • Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Diseño de bases de datos, copias de seguridad, recuperación, almacenamiento y gestión en la nube
  • Plus: Lenguajes usados en tecnología y bases de datos como PL/SQL, SQL, JAVA
  • Deseable conocimiento de Software de uso en Centros de Atención Telefónica o Servicio al Cliente como Zendesk, Mailchimp, Surveymonkey y herramientas para visualización de datos como Visme, Google Data Studio
  • Inglés: B2, C1

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en administración de datos, organización de información y generación de insights para la toma de decisiones estratégicas superior a 4 años.
