As a Real Estate Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your role is pivotal in connecting potential clients with our expert agents, setting the stage for successful property transactions. Utilizing state-of-the-art CRM and dialer systems, you’ll engage in high-volume outreach, turning cold leads into warm prospects and qualified appointments. This position offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and real estate industry exposure, providing an excellent springboard for a rewarding career in the property sector.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic, high-volume cold calling campaigns to potential real estate clients
  • Skillfully navigate conversations to set qualified appointments for our agents
  • Master the art of objection handling to maximize appointment-setting success
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions within our CRM system
  • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments
  • Collaborate closely with agents to understand their preferences and optimize appointment quality
  • Adapt quickly to evolving scripts and strategies to enhance effectiveness
  • Potential to earn performance-based bonuses tied to successful appointments and listings
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - your bilingual skills are crucial for our diverse client base
  • Prior cold calling experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer software (Mojo Dialer experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Resilience and positivity in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining a consistent, professional work ethic
  • Ability to think on your feet and tailor your approach to different client personalities
