Job Title: Appointment Setter
Salary Range: 1,000 - 1,500
Work Schedule: 8AM-5PM TUES-SAT

Position Overview:
We are seeking 1-2 dedicated Appointment Setters to handle all inbound calls, including weekends. The successful candidates will use our Highlevel CRM and Leadconnector to manage lead forms and automatic texts, promptly calling leads to gather information and set up free inspections. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments in our CRM, syncing them with Google Calendar, and ensuring they are added to the team calendar with an assigned sales rep. Detailed note-taking and collaboration with the sales team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from leads, including weekends.
  • Utilize Highlevel CRM and Leadconnector to manage lead forms and automatic texts.
  • Call leads immediately to gather information and schedule free inspections.
  • Create and manage appointments in the CRM, syncing them with Google Calendar and setting reminders.
  • Add appointments to the team calendar, ensuring a sales rep is assigned.
  • Add detailed notes to lead records and collaborate with sales reps for efficient follow-up.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of communication with leads and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an appointment setter or in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication and written skills is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, including availability for weekend shifts.
  • Willingness to undergo specific training for our niche.
