Hoy buscamos al Customer Support Specialistquien será responsable de ejecutar la estrategia de soporte al usuario, enfocada en un servicio rápido, eficiente y de calidad para nuestros usuarios.

¿Qué harás?

Atender y resolver las consultas de los usuarios en los diferentes canales utilizados por el equipo (correo electrónico, WhatsApp, sitio web, etc.), ya sea a través de respuestas directas derivando a otros equipos internos de Betterfly, de acuerdo con los SLA y estándares definidos por Betterfly. Hacer seguimiento a los casos derivados y gestionar la agilidad en la solución de las consultas y problemas de los usuarios de Betterfly. Proporcionar inducción y soporte a los usuarios en cuanto al uso y funcionalidad de la aplicación y/o sitio web. Identificar y proponer mejoras en el proceso de servicio y/o en las características del producto, buscando mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Mapear, organizar y planificar eficientemente la resolución de consultas de los casos de los usuarios, estar activo en la proposición de mejoras en el proceso de soporte.
Coordinar con los respectivos equipos de Betterfly la mejora del producto con el objetivo de brindar la mejor experiencia al cliente.

¿Qué requisitos tiene el rol?

Estudios de Ingeniería en Sistemas, o Ingeniería civil Informática. Experiencia en servicio al cliente Conocimientos técnicos de Microsoft OfficeSoftware CRM (se prefiere Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Habilidades de comunicación escrita. Empatía y capacidad para generar confianza con el interlocutor (usuarios). Espíritu de servicio.
Entusiasmo y proactividad. Habilidades de organización y planificación. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Comprender diferentes perfiles de usuarios. Idioma: Español /Inglés Intermedio
