**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify new sales leads and generate new business opportunities
- Research the market and gather information about potential customers and their needs
- Utilize sales strategies to engage with potential customers and build rapport - Identify and qualify potential customers, determining whether they are a good fit for our products or services
- Negotiate and schedule appointments for our sales representatives - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our potential customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this information to improve sales strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or technical sales
- Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other sales automation software
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Fluency in Spanish & English
- Strong market research skills and the ability to identify new sales opportunities - Experience with sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
