Tu objetivo principal será garantizar la eficiencia y efectividad de nuestras soluciones tecnológicas, asegurando que la infraestructura tecnológica soporte adecuadamente nuestras operaciones y crecimiento en el sector de movilidad eléctrica.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa.
- Asegurar el funcionamiento óptimo de sistemas, redes y plataformas
tecnológicas. - Identificar y poner en práctica oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa de los sistemas tecnológicos.
- Implementar procesos y herramientas que optimicen el rendimiento y la productividad.
- Supervisar la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de hardware y software.
- Asegurar la escalabilidad y seguridad de la infraestructura tecnológica.
- Implementar y mantener políticas de ciberseguridad para proteger los datos y sistemas de la empresa.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o áreas afines.
- Preferiblemente con estudios de posgrado en Gestión de Tecnología,
Operaciones o áreas relacionadas. - Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en roles tecnológicos, con al menos 2 años en una posición de liderazgo en operaciones tecnológicas.
- Experiencia en el sector de la movilidad eléctrica o en industrias relacionadas con la tecnología y la energía es altamente deseable.
- Conocimientos avanzados en tecnologías emergentes y soluciones de movilidad eléctrica.
- Experiencia en la gestión de infraestructuras tecnológicas complejas.
Habilidades en ciberseguridad y gestión de riesgos.
Salario: $5.300.000 Bruto
Prestacional $ 3.710.000
$1.590.000 extrasalarial + 100.000 home office asistance
