Requirements

  • Experiencia previa como Service Designer o un rol similar.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia práctica en metodologías de diseño centrado en el usuario, como Design Thinking y Design Sprint.
  • Habilidades de investigación y análisis de usuarios para identificar sus necesidades y deseos.
  • Capacidad para crear prototipos y visualizar soluciones de diseño de servicios.
  • Experiencia trabajando en proyectos multidisciplinarios y colaborando con equipos de UX/UI, desarrollo y negocio.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación para transmitir ideas y conceptos a clientes y equipos internos.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de diseño y prototipado, como Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos proyectos y entornos.
  • Idioma: fluidez en español e inglés (escrito y verbal).
