Job Description

SOCIAL DESIGNER (STATIC AND MOTION)

You are a talented designer and visual thinker who will help our agency service a world-renowned hotel company with visually stunning, social-first content.
You have a passion for travel storytelling and the ability to craft engaging stories through beautiful imagery and engaging visuals.

2 Positions Available:

• Motion Designer:
Use UGC and brand-owned footage to create captivating, evocative videos that bring our client’s stories to life.
• Static Designer:
Concept and design beautiful social media carousels, stories and other still content from UGC and brand-owned assets.


Qualifications

  • Advanced English Level B2 or higher.
  • A curatorial eye for picture research and image editing.
  • Experience designing social-first content, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to engage online audiences.
  • A passion for creating beautiful, emotive visuals, from mood boards to fully produced videos.
  • Ability to craft flawless visual client presentations and pitches.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with a global team to maintain our brand’s visual identity.
  • You’ll be working under the guidance of a Senior Design team: an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent, boost your skills and knowledge in the field, and make work you’ll be proud to add to your portfolio.
  • Highly organized in their file management, work layers and naming.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, visual storytelling, print and illustration.
  • Proven working experience for at least 3 years.
  • Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Office Suite, Keynote, Firefly (Proficiency in industry-standard design software, Mid-Journey or similar AI tools)
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in automated and manual production, producing versions of assets for media placement across social media, website, emails and online banner.
