What You’ll Do
Do you love to plan, build, and analyze marketing campaigns to help drive brand awareness, lead engagement, and demand generation? Do you value being a technical subject matter expert, able to support ongoing technical and best practices in close collaboration within a larger marketing organization? As a Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be leading campaign and demand generation initiatives within the Pardot platform, working closely with the marketing design and content teams to implement Pardot email and nurture sequence best practices, as well as campaign optimization and engagement scoring.
You'll report to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience. You’ll contribute to the success of the business by enabling email, lead nurturing, and demand generation best practices to demonstrate why TTEC is the best CX partner in the market and help grow lead volume, quality, and engagement.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
lead nurturing programs, including the creation of Engagement Studio Programs:Configuration of cadence, actions, and rulesImplementation of email nurture best practicesReporting of sequence metrics and optimization opportunities Create/edit Pardot email templates, adding uploaded and dynamic send lists and suppression lists, and testing and scheduling of email sends, based on campaign and list criteria. Implement personalization configurations such as dynamic content blocks and/or Handlebars Merge Language (HML) scripting Create Pardot web forms, including autoresponder emails, completion action rules, and campaign syncs to CRM (Salesforce), to support marketing initiatives and campaigns Create page actions and automation rules to enhance database accuracy, actionable insights, and lead categorization and campaign alignment Manage Pardot reporting and analytics to meet the needs of the marketing and sales teams Perform Pardot database audits to ensure data hygiene, mailability status, tags, and dynamic lists consistency, and new and ongoing page actions and automation rules accuracy. 3+ years B2B marketing experience in building, editing, and launching marketing automation projects in Pardot (aka Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), or similar marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Demonstratable experience working hands-on with Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including experience with:Pardot email build, configuration, testing, and sendingEmail engagement analytics and reportingEmail nurture sequencing via Engagement Studio programs Experience with Pardot lead activity engagement scoring and ideal customer profile grading, including lead and CRM data hygiene via list building (static and dynamic), custom and default fields, and automation rules Some experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly as it pertains to mapping to and from Pardot (Salesforce campaign creation, campaign member assignment, and default and custom field sync between Pardot and Salesforce) Education requirement:BA/BS in in Marketing or Computer/Tech-related subject, with Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification orPardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification with 3+ years of demonstrable Pardot working experience. General knowledge of HTML structure and CSS for creating email templates, including experience with email structure, design, and layout best practices for delivery and display optimization across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and across email clients Experience working within an Agile project management approach to multi-task and prioritize numerous concurrent projects and initiatives.What You Can Expect
