**Responsibilities**:

- **Workflow Creation**: Design, implement, and manage workflows within HubSpot to automate marketing and sales processes.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues within HubSpot, ensuring smooth operation of marketing campaigns and automation.
- **Report Building**: Develop comprehensive reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automation workflows, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Back-end Integrations**: Establish and maintain back-end connections with various properties to streamline data flow and enhance marketing efficiency.
- **Audience Creation**: Utilize HubSpot to create targeted audiences for personalized marketing efforts, improving engagement and conversion rates.
- **Strategic Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the overall marketing strategy, leveraging HubSpot's capabilities to achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing automation and campaign management, preferably within HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within marketing platforms.
- Proficient in creating and managing back-end integrations and audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- HubSpot certification(s) is highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing automation role, with significant exposure to HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
