- Liderar sesiones de trabajo y talleres para desarrollar posibles soluciones a las necesidades y desafíos del negocio.
- Ser capaz de escuchar a los clientes, comprender la esencia de sus necesidades, diseñar soluciones y definir el alcance de un proyecto con entregables que aborde los problemas clave o los puntos débiles. Cree marcos para estructurar sus entregables.
- Ser capaz de presentar sus entregables para articular el valor al cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en automatización de marketing, operaciones de marketing y/o consultoría.
- Capacidad para dirigir talleres interactivos, tomar conceptos de alto nível y transformarlos en soluciones que los clientes puedan comprender e implementar.
- Experiência con tecnología de marketing líder y sistemas CRM, gestión y estructuras de datos.
- Sólidos conocimientos de estrategias de generación de demanda, gestión de clientes potenciales, operaciones de marketing, mejores prácticas de ejecución de campañas.
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto escritas como orales.
- Comprensión competente de la codificación y el diseño tanto para correo como para landing pages.
- Proficiente en Marketo.
- Inglés 8.0 a 9.0

**Licencia/Certificaciones**:

- Certificación en al menos una de las siguientes plataformas de Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), preferentemente.

**Horarios: Lunes a Viernes 8-8 availability**
