- Develop and manage budgeting processes, offering insights for cost control.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial reporting.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track financial interactions.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to leadership.
- Identify and implement improvements for financial processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
- Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning.
- Address financial issues and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 3.5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Experience with audit preparations (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a similar role within a growing organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial processes.
- Experience with job-level budgeting and accounts management.
