Reconocida compañía de consumo masivo está en búsqueda de su Analista de Negocios IT para Finanzas y Control en Medellín que apoyará la entrega de servicios IT a las operaciones de Finanzas en diferentes países, inicialmente en la Región de América Latina.

Reportando directamente al equipo Global de IT, sus principales responsabilidades serán:
¿Qué harás en esta posición?
- Construir relaciones a largo plazo dentro del área de responsabilidad y con los stakeholders.
- Interactuar con diferentes stakeholders en el equipo Global de IT.
- Identificar y determinar la capacidad de los procesos de negocio, necesidades de optimización y requisitos de solución en toda la organización, en estrecha cooperación con los stakeholders.
- Contribuir a encontrar e implementar soluciones efectivas en una organización matricial.
- Participar en estudios previos y desglosar los requisitos del negocio para desarrollar especificaciones de requisitos integrales que determinarán la estimación de costos, tiempo y recursos según las plantillas estándar.
- Facilitar talleres o reuniones clave para capturar los requisitos del negocio y realizar análisis de estado actual, comprendiendo los requisitos del cliente y del usuario, sus estrategias y objetivos.
- Participar y proporcionar liderazgo intelectual en grupos de referencia/competencia de procesos de negocio.
- Proporcionar experiencia y habilidades en gestión de proyectos para identificar los requisitos de negocio/solución y/o en la entrega de soluciones.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de casos de negocio y el proceso de priorización del portafolio.
- Revisar y editar continuamente los requisitos, especificaciones y recomendaciones relacionadas con una solución propuesta.
- Participar en la transición de los requisitos y casos de uso a los diseñadores para asegurar una comprensión clara y completa de la especificación de la solución.
- Apoyar la implementación de procesos futuros, incluyendo la entrega de capacitación técnica.
- Contribuir a encontrar e implementar soluciones efectivas en una organización matricial.
Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:
¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
- 3-5 años de experiencia en IT Finanzas
- Control SAP FICO. (Excluyente)
- Título universitario en Ingenierías de Sistemas o similar, Administración de Empresas o similar. Preferiblemente con una maestría en Gestión de Proyectos o similar.
- Experiencia demostrable en comunicación, colaboración y compromiso en áreas de especialización.
- Habilidades blandas: Liderazgo, pensamiento analítico, toma de decisiones, negociación, alineación estratégica, capacidad de adaptación, asertividad.
- Pasión por compartir conocimientos y motivar a otros para alcanzar la excelencia.
- Habilidades sólidas de influencia, comunicación escrita y colaboración a todos los niveles dentro de una organización.
- Inglés hablado y escrito, Español hablado y escrito B2 - C1. (Excluyente)
- Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 25%.
- Dominio de herramientas MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
