About the Role

This position is part of the Latam team and will support the delivery of IT services to our Finance & Controlling operations in different countries, initially in the Latin America Region. This role will be based in a dynamic and global environment, offering plenty of opportunities to experience teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Engage with different stakeholders in the IT Global Team to identify business process capability and optimization needs.
  • Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
  • Participate in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis.
  • Provide expertise and project management skills in identifying business/solution requirements and/or in the delivery of solution(s).
  • Support the development of business cases and the portfolio prioritization process.
  • Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
  • Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.
  • Support implementation of to-be processes, including technical training delivery.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Finance & Controlling SAP FICO.
  • University degree in Computer Science or similar, Business Administration or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience in communication, collaboration, and engagement around areas of expertise.
  • Soft skills: Leadership, Analytical thinking, decision-making, Negotiation, Strategic alignment, adaptive capacity, assertiveness.
  • Have a passion to share knowledge and motivate others to drive for excellence.
  • Strong influencing, communication, written, and collaboration skills at all levels within an organization.
  • English spoken and written, Spanish spoken and written B2 - C1.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficiency in MS Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
