Estamos buscando un Business Development Representative | Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Cuentas apasionado por la tecnología y con un enfoque proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo en Bogotá. Si tienes al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, eres un excelente comunicador, y disfrutas de la creación de relaciones comerciales estratégicas, queremos conocerte.

Responsabilidades:

Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes potenciales para los servicios y soluciones tecnológicas de Optima Latam.
Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de las mismas.
Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y marketing para desarrollar estrategias efectivas de generación de leads.
Identificar, calificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocios en clientes nuevos.
Monitorear y analizar las tendencias del mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
 

Requisitos:

Residir en Bogotá, Colombia.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un rol de desarrollo de negocios o ventas en el sector tecnológico.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
Disponibilidad para asistir a la oficina en Calle 100 #9A - 45 dos veces por semana.
Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y Microsoft Office.
