Job Title: Part-Time HubSpot Specialist
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Hours: 10-20 hours per week (with potential for full-time within 3 to 6 months)
Language Requirement: Advanced written and spoken English
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HubSpot Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for syncing HubSpot with various database providers such as Apollo.io and ZoomInfo, creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, and generating insightful reports. This role offers an opportunity for growth, with the potential to transition to a full-time position within 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Syncing HubSpot with different database providers like Apollo.io and ZoomInfo to ensure seamless data integration.
- Building and managing email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Utilizing HubSpot's reporting tools to pull relevant data and insights, and providing recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Staying updated on HubSpot's latest features, tools, and best practices to continually enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with demonstrated experience in syncing HubSpot with external database providers.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience working remotely and in a part-time capacity is preferred.
