El equipo de Growth

Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y ejecutor. Liderarás el área de Marketplace, encargada del equilibrio del mercado de Cabify Colombia, con managers, especialistas, y analistas para apoyarte.

Misión del puesto

Como Revenue Manager serás responsable de crear y potenciar la estrategia de balance de mercado, promoviendo mecanismos de colaboración interna y global para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

Serás la persona responsable de crear, comunicar y ejecutar de manera conjunta la estrategia de marketplace para el área de movilidad de Colombia.  Tendrás que implementar sistemas de benchmarking con la competencia para proponer propuestas concretas y simples de valor para nuestras audiencias con visión lógica, sustentable y eficiente. Para esto es clave tener una fuerte y ágil capacidad de implementación. Deberás tener un entendimiento claro de nuestro mercado para adaptar las estrategias globales, proponer acciones de mejora y utilizarlas en este mercado. Promover el desarrollo técnico de la disciplina y del equipo a cargo, asegurándote de implementar una mentalidad de mejora continua y de control en los procesos, metodologías y flujos de trabajo. Establecer entornos de análisis y aplicación de datos para soportar la toma de decisiones del equipo. Coordinar la implementación de proyectos de optimización de mercado y de servicio con los equipos de Growth, Operaciones y Tecnología.

¿Qué buscamos? 

Afinidad con nuestros principios. Experiencia previa en roles de gestión de marketplace, revenue management y/o pricing, preferiblemente en la industria de transporte o tecnología. Habilidades analíticas fuertes y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con socios externos e internos. Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para gestionar proyectos de principio a fin. Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y en equipo. Título universitario en áreas relacionadas, como administración de empresas, ingeniería, economía o similar.
