Overview

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to bridge the gap between our business and technology teams. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery by translating business needs into actionable plans for development. You will be a key communicator, fostering collaboration and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Leading discovery activities for potential new change initiatives, working with key stakeholders to establish scope, forecast potential benefits and estimate cost. Engaging and motivating global business and technology teams across multiple business areas and timezones. Collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to elicit business requirements and manage them throughout the lifecycle of a project. Support business and technology teams in the design and development of solution options. Support business stakeholders in defining and managing changes to business process or operating models.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

3+ Years experience leading analysis on complex cross-functional projects, preferably in Financial Services. Experience working on projects in a regulated industry, working with compliance or legal functions to capture regulatory requirements and constraints. Capturing and managing scope and requirements across multiple business areas. Presenting and explaining complex business or technical ideas to an audience who are not familiar with the subject. Working across multiple delivery teams to execute a project. Working with commercial and delivery stakeholders to develop Business Cases.

Qualification and Skills

Solid understanding and practical experience of Business Analysis best practice techniques. Creates engaging requirements documentation. Familiarity with trading products and institutions. Good commercial awareness. Confident quickly building and managing relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Understand different models of software development lifecycles. Fluent in written and spoken English.
