We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Amadeus. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of travel by building and maintaining solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Integration: Analyze customer systems and service requirements to identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products and services.
- Solution Development: Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule, determine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and services, and write functional specifications used for customization.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Test flows and functionalities of customized products/solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements.
- Customer Support: Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff, deliver customer training on the solution when necessary, and maintain documentation reflecting all functionalities delivered throughout bespoke solutions.
- Requirements Definition: Define and document customer requirements and specifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SOAP/REST Webservices & Standards, MS SQL, Confluence, Jira, and test tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English.
