Descripción del empleo
Garantizar fortalecer las relaciones con los especialistas para de esta forma efectuar su retención en la plataforma, mediante estrategias individualizadas Fortalecer y desarrollar relaciones efectivas y sostenibles con los especialistas de la plataforma. Promover activamente la plataforma, incluyendo los productos y servicios adicionales que ofrecemos a través de la venta cruzada. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los clientes y especialistas para comprender sus necesidades y preocupaciones. Capacitación a especialistas de la salud (médicos, asistentes) sobre el uso de nuestra plataforma por medio de llamada y Videollamada. Negociar términos y condiciones con los especialistas para asegurar su permanencia en la plataforma y maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Requisitos
2 años de experiencia como Farmer 2 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente Capacidad para negociar y resolver conflictos de manera efectiva Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Manejo de CRM Uso y conocimiento de Excel/Sheets
