You won't be the loudest voice in the room—but the clearest, calmest, and most effective in driving results, optimizing workflows, and supporting reps behind the scenes. This role is all about managing the engine that powers sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management (Top Priority)- Respond rapidly to inbound sales leads (goal: under 5-minute response time).
- Distribute and reassign leads in real time based on geography, availability, and rep performance.
- Monitor lead activity, pipeline movement, and follow-up consistency.
- Reconnect with cold or unworked leads to revive opportunities.
- Onboard new sales reps and connect them with training and operational tools.
- Help reps stay on track with daily meetings, targets, and lead management.
- Audit lead lists to ensure follow-up, communication quality, and pipeline cleanliness.
- Support rep performance with day-to-day troubleshooting and direction.
- Attend internal training sessions and master all material.
- Identify rep knowledge gaps and implement supplemental coaching.
- Help reps improve fluency with sales scripts and processes.
- Create and deliver weekly sales performance reports.
- Analyze team productivity, conversion rates, and lead trends.
- Recommend process improvements around lead flow, follow-up cadence, or scripting.
- Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or team support roles.
- Background in roofing, construction, or home services is preferred.
- Proficient with CRM systems and lead tracking tools (e.g., NetSuite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, reps, and responsibilities simultaneously.
