About the role

  • As a pinnacle role within our team, the Bilingual Senior Tax Accountant carries the responsibility of preparing a high volume of tax returns, providing mentorship to less experienced staff, and acting as a backup to the Senior Managing Tax Accountant.
  • This position demands a comprehensive understanding of tax laws, an eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, client service, and leadership.

About you

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required)
  • Active CPA or EA license required
  • 4+ years of recent tax preparation experience required
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required
  • Experience with tax research, planning, and preparation for individuals and businesses required
  • Proficiency with tax software required (Intuit Lacerte preferred)
  • Experience in tax resolution preferred
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership and exceptional tax research/preparation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Self-starter with a high level of eagerness and achievement
  • Exceptional client service skills
