Job Summary:

This role focuses on managing the brand's social media platforms, identifying trends, using social SEO (keyword and hashtag strategy), and executing a strategic posting schedule. The coordinator should understand what content performs well and how to increase reach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and keywords to improve discoverability.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
  • Track basic performance metrics and provide simple reports.
  • Support content planning and contribute creative ideas.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience managing social media pages.
  • Understanding of SEO principles for social platforms.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (ex: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics.
  • Strong creativity and communication skills.
