El
Logistics Specialist
será el responsable de asegurar una operación impecable del proceso outbound del warehouse en Panamá, coordinando de manera estratégica con proveedores 3PL, freight forwarders y equipos regionales. Este rol garantiza eficiencia, cumplimiento, calidad y una experiencia superior para nuestros clientes en Latinoamérica.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar la cadena logística outbound desde el warehouse de Panamá.
  • Coordinar con proveedores 3PL y freight forwarders, asegurando KPIs, SLA y acciones de mejora continua.
  • Liderar la planificación de despachos y asegurar la documentación requerida para exportaciones.
  • Realizar reuniones mensuales de performance con proveedores y generar planes de acción.
  • Controlar tarifas, validar facturación de proveedores y garantizar pagos oportunos.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos, controles de calidad y normativas HSE.
  • Preparar reportes operativos según requerimientos.

Requisitos profesionales

  • Experiencia en Customer Service, logística outbound, gestión de warehouse y manejo de proveedores 3PL/Freight forwarders.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de exportación, especialmente desde Panamá hacia LATAM.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura, escucha y conversación).
  • Manejo de SAP, WMS o sistemas similares (experiencia con EDI es un plus).

  • Excelente comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad, pensamiento analítico y habilidades para resolver problemas.
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad, organización y orientación al detalle.
  • Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
  • Autonomía y motivación propia.

Formación

  • Profesional en logística, administración o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles de logística o gestión de operaciones.
