We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven
Logistics Inside Sales Specialist
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with warm inbound leads, and has a strong interest in logistics, international trade, and customer conversion.

You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries generated through digital marketing channels, preparing competitive pricing, and guiding prospects through the early stages of becoming long-term clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through Google Ads and other marketing channels
  • Generate accurate freight and customs pricing quotes using internal quoting tools
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to convert warm leads into active clients
  • Understand customer shipping needs and recommend the best logistics solutions
  • Create a positive client experience by offering clear options, guidance, and support
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable quotes
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to inquiries, and documenting requests
  • Support management with additional tasks as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, inside sales, or a related role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and proactive with a sales mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred
  • Fluent in
    English and Spanish
    (spoken and written)
