About the Role

As an Executive/Personal Assistant at
Lifetime Financial
, you will support the CEO with both business operations and personal administrative tasks. This requires someone
extremely trustworthy
, organized, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities. You will work closely with Sam in his home office and help the company run smoothly as it continues to expand.

What You'll Do

Administrative & Business Tasks

  • Organize and maintain documents and digital files
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups
  • Support communication between departments
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries
  • Track tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support onboarding and SOP organization

Personal Assistant Tasks

  • Help with personal scheduling and reminders
  • Assist with errands when needed
  • Keep the home office organized
  • Support both personal and business priorities
