Responsabilidades
- Garantizar las operaciones diarias sin problemas del negocio de apuestas deportivas;
- Garantice la alta calidad en todos los ámbitos, la experiencia del sitio y la efectividad de los viajes del cliente en todos;
- Comunicar el lanzamiento del producto y la estrategia a los departamentos clave dentro del negocio: servicios al cliente, afiliados, equipo VIP y departamento de marketing;
- Colabore con la marca y el equipo de marketing del cliente para garantizar que las campañas ayuden a alcanzar los objetivos mensuales y trimestrales generales;
- Involucre al equipo de Central Sportsbook y a los proveedores en la implementación de nuevas funciones;
- Evaluación de los márgenes de las apuestas deportivas y el perfil de los jugadores a través de la comunicación constante con los proveedores;
- Apoye al equipo de marketing de clientes para crear campañas de apuestas deportivas creativas y contundentes, que involucren activamente a los clientes;
- Administre el posicionamiento de la competencia, el contenido del sitio y la visibilidad general de las promociones en todas las pantallas;
- Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con el resto del equipo local para garantizar que los clientes más valiosos reciban comunicaciones, ofertas y tratamientos excepcionales;
- Evalúe constantemente las campañas que está ejecutando para mejorar la eficiencia y el ROI e informe el rendimiento al gerente de línea en lo que respecta al conjunto de KPI: retención, clientes activos, ingresos, ROI y rendimiento general del producto.
Requerimientos
- Formación profesional Pregrado o Técnica;
- Experiencia comprobada en apuestas deportivas y la industria en línea, comprensión de los productos de apuestas deportivas, ofertas y base de jugadores;
- Usuario competente de Excel;
- Hablar inglés con fluidez.
