We're looking for a sports and betting enthusiast to join the Latam Sportsbook team. Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be part of a new team primarily managing the trading, risk & content management amongst other aspects of the product. This is all to ensure it meets the needs of the Stake customers and giving them a first-class experience. No day will ever be the same. Tasks will include: live-time monitoring of bets; client customer profiling; identifying any unusual betting patterns/behaviours; and back-end reporting on what is a 24/7 betting schedule. You will work through large betting data sets to analyse information to assist with the above, therefore analytic skills are a must. **Responsibilities** - Customer & risk management - profiling and segmenting customers, in addition to monitoring betting activity both retrospectively and in real time - Reporting on product performance, including daily and weekly product performance reviews - Providing level 2 support to our customer support team, assisting them in dealing with customer queries - Site content management - including optimization of content and overall quality control - Running backend reports for in-depth analysis **Requirements**: - A passion and interest for both sports and betting. - Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication skills. - Industry experience is preferable, specifically odds compiling and trading. - Ability to work a rota of shifts flexible to the business requirements. - Ability to work any 5 of the 7 days, which will include shifts between hours of 07:00 - 21:00. - Knowledge of Colombian & Peruvian sports is essential, with a wider knowledge of Latam preferrable. - Knowledge of spread betting (and the relationship between spread and fixed odds trading). - Knowledge and interest in Esports would be highly beneficial. - Knowledge of fixed odds market and the principles involved in pricing and trading sports events. - Knowledge of Sports and/or Casino terminology. - Responsible Gaming experience. - Proficient with Google suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom. **Benefits** Some of the perks of working for us: - Flexible working hours - Team socials and ad-hoc get-togethers, and events for you to get involved in (if you wish) - Annual training and development budget And we have many many more initiatives that we will be rolling out.
