Legal Manager – Colombia We are looking for a passionate Legal Manager responsible for Colombia, as part of the growing Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. Key responsibilities include: Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of International Contracts Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns Communication with Regulatory Authorities Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels Support in promoting the Compliance Program Collaboration with the HQ Legal Team Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department Requirements: Must Have Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in Colombia (more PQE is welcome if the candidate is a good fit) Fluent in English Strong commercial sense and pragmatism Ability to prioritize and handle tight deadlines Nice to Have Additional qualification and/or exposure in LATAM region Prior experience within Smartphone/Consumer Electronics industry Other language skills such as Chinese, Spanish, or other languages Apply through the recruiting platform or contact the hiring team directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
