Betsson Colombia Team are looking for a new Senior Sportsbook Coordinator Colombia to join their growing team As a Sportsbook Coordinator you will work with the Betsson Sportsbook commercial team and be focused on coordinating Sportsbook campaigns from idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.

You will be part of a team focused on creating the best customer experience in the industry. As a Sportsbook coordinator you must be passionate about sports and sports betting.

**A typical day might include**:

- Assist the Sportsbook Manager on the creation of compelling campaigns on a day-to-day basis. From idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.
- Collaborate with teams to come up with compelling, locally relevant campaigns focused on retaining, reactivating and acquiring Sportsbook customers.
- Be a point of contact throughout the campaign process to the execution team, marketing and customer service departments.
- Responsible for producing and delivering commercial briefs, campaign plans and projections.
- Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletter and other promotional material for both onsite and digital media.
- Use CRM tools at your disposal to orchestrate your multi-channel communication strategy.
- Constantly evaluate your campaigns, take a “plan, implement, measure and improve” approach in order to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Report performances to line-manager as it relates to the KPIs set - Retention, active customers, Revenue, ROI & overall product performance.
- Work closely with line Manager, Central Sportsbook and Country teams (Marketing, UX and Customer Service) as they relate to customer marketing activities - ensuring alignment across all parts of the organization.

- Proficient user of Excel.
