Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads across our businesses. This role plays a key part in supporting growth through data-driven campaigns, automation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage content for websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels, automations, and follow-ups using Go High Level.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), analyze results, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • SEO
  • PPC / Paid Media
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level (required).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with real estate, property management, or home services companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of the US market.
