**What You’ll Do**

You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Work closely with industry portfolio sales and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Define, design and implement growth marketing strategies and collaborate to deliver sales enablement win kits and campaigns that align with the sales funnel and target segments.
- Collaborate to optimize and experiment with different channels, platforms, messages, and tactics to increase conversions and retention.
- Analyze and report on the performance and impact of your specific growth marketing initiatives with support from the insights team.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or growth marketing with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
- Experience in American and European Healthcare, is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering successful growth marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using various marketing platforms, tools, and software.
- Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
