Role Summary
The Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist will own the entire top-of-funnel process for HIRE Talent Group. This includes data sourcing, list building, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, CRM management, and KPI reporting.
This role requires a self-driven individual who can design and execute a full outbound strategy—from identifying new prospects to launching multi-channel campaigns. You will work directly with the Founders to generate qualified meetings, support sales initiatives, build scalable outreach systems, and expand HIRE's footprint across the US staffing market.
Full-Time | 44 hours per week | Reports Directly to the Founders
Schedule: Must be able to work US Pacific Time (PST)
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, databases, and additional sourcing tools.
- Use ZoomInfo and other tools to identify potential leads and new business development opportunities.
- Execute cold calling strategies to book qualified meetings with US-based prospects..
- Execute multi-channel outreach (phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, industry forums).
- Build segmented lists by industry, company size, region, and hiring potential.
- Execute and optimize email sequences, including A/B testing and automation.
- Run LinkedIn campaigns tailored to specific customer profiles.
- Design and implement a full outreach and sales system to maximize conversion rates.
- Define, refine, and manage the sales cycle for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho preferred): notes, deal stages, tags, and pipeline accuracy.
- Track KPIs and create weekly reports (leads added, outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked).
- Support the Founders with prospect insights, competitive research, pre-call briefs, and follow-up tasks.
- Conduct industry and competitor research within staffing verticals like manufacturing, logistics, light industrial, construction, healthcare, Technology and technical services.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or SDR roles.
- Proven success generating outbound pipeline and meeting quota.
- Strong experience using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn(Required).
- English level C1 or above, with excellent spoken and written communication skills when interacting with US-based clients.
- Demonstrated experience cold calling.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
- Ability to work US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
