Role Overview
As the Lead Generation Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving demand generation and business growth. You'll lead a team of Digital Traffickers to execute high-performing campaigns aligned with client goals and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement demand generation strategies using paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
· Oversee the Trafficker team to ensure campaign quality and lead generation effectiveness.
· Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
· Develop and execute testing plans to optimize campaign performance.
· Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Mentor and support the Trafficker team's development.
· Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focused on demand generation.
· Proven leadership experience managing teams and campaigns.
· Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
