Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Claims Specialist to support personal injury cases by communicating with insurance adjusters, verifying policy coverage, and documenting insurer interactions. This role is critical in assisting attorneys with case valuation, follow-up, and settlement preparation. The position emphasizes administrative coordination and communication rather than legal advice, making accuracy, organization, and attention to detail essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with insurance adjusters to confirm policy limits, coverage, and claim details for personal injury cases.
• Log and maintain accurate records of all insurer interactions in the case management system.
• Assist attorneys in tracking claim status, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Support case valuation and settlement preparation by providing organized and detailed insurer information.
• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure timely responses to insurance inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with insurance claims, personal injury cases, or legal support in a U.S. law firm preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and data entry tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (C1 certification or equivalent professional experience).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
