We are looking for a **Bilingual Training Specialist **to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our software development team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary competencies to excel in their roles.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, Education, or related fields.
- Proven experience in training programs and using learning management tools, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Have a clear understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of key software development concepts and roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time availability.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum).
- The location must be based in Latin America due to timezone requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage initial training for new hires across Latam.
- Manage the company's learning management system, including course creation, maintenance, and updates for all roles within the company.
- Control the usage of employees' education bonuses.
- Design, develop, and track comprehensive training programs aligned with identified needs.
- Provide support for training-related initiatives and programs.
- Manage Training KPIs, including learning progress, training completion, and generate reports on training effectiveness. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs.

- Experience working in the software development industry.
- Experience working with US companies.
