You will be managing affiliate partnerships in Brazil market and be responsible for building relationships and collaborations. You will be accountable for monitoring performance and traffic volumes brought by affiliate's whilst handling non-performing affiliates accordingly to increase traffic and revenues. With an analytical and sales mindset, applicants must be social, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilities:
  • Work with company's affiliate performance from a strategy and acquisition perspective;
  • Develop and maintain negotiations and relationships with key Brazilian affiliate partners and networks;
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets;
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners;
  • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers;
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing campaigns through the affiliate network;
  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns;
  • Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners;
  • Work with the LATAM Marketing team to create go to market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business in Brazil;
  • Represent Betsson Group affiliates at industry events and keep updated on industry trends;
Requirements:
  • Understanding and having experience in Brazil Market is a must;
  • Speaking and writing in Portuguese, Spanish & English;
  • Bachelor's in digital marketing, e-commerce/sales or equivalent (optional);
  • 2+ years' experience from affiliation;
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical and numbers driven;
  • Open and responsive problem-solving skills;
  • Experience from the iGaming industry is a plus;
