Pricing Specialist USA

The Pricing Specialist role is critical in supporting the sales cycle process by preparing competitive quotes for the Sales Team and customers. The role will also require close collaboration with the Operations Team in developing and quoting special requirements.

The role will work closely with Managers, Accounting, Tracking and the Operations Team in compliance with the company's pricing structure.

Skills & Needs for the position:

  • English- speaking, reading and writing above 85 %
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pricing or sales support related role for a freight forwarder.
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
  • Customer Service and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency
  • Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Applications like (Excel, Word, Power Point) and carriers quotes web pages.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • This position is 80% remote and 20% on-site in the city of Bogota.
