Role Purpose

The
Compensation & Pricing Specialist
is a
highly strategic role
within the organization. This position is responsible for
designing and implementing compensation structures and pricing strategies from the ground up
, supporting a complex, multi-country BPO operation.

This role goes beyond managing existing compensation schemes. It requires a
strong technical and financial profile
, capable of building solid compensation architectures, defining competitiveness criteria, and ensuring long-term business sustainability.

What You Will Do (In Depth)

  • Design salary structures from scratch
    at both regional and local levels, considering job complexity, seniority, critical roles, and country-specific requirements.
  • Develop and lead compensation pricing strategies
    , integrating financial analysis, labor cost modeling, margin impact, and market competitiveness.
  • Build and implement
    formal total compensation models
    , including fixed pay, variable compensation, and incentive structures aligned with the BPO business model.
  • Lead
    multi-country compensation benchmarking
    processes, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze the
    financial impact of compensation decisions
    on cost structures, budgets, and overall business performance.
  • Work closely with
    Finance, Operations, and regional leadership
    , actively contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare
    high-level executive reports and insights
    for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Support growth, expansion, and regional standardization initiatives from a compensation and pricing perspective.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Proven, hands-on experience designing salary structures from scratch
    , ideally in multinational or BPO environments.
  • Solid experience in
    compensation pricing and financial analysis applied to rewards
    .
  • Academic background in
    Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration
    , or related fields with a strong financial focus.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel
    and analytical tools such as
    Power BI
    or similar.
  • Ability to operate across
    multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory frameworks
    .

Education & Certifications

  • Strong financial foundation (required).
  • Compensation certifications (
    CCP, CPP, or equivalent
    ) are highly desirable.

Role Scope

This position is intended for professionals whose career path has been primarily focused on the
technical design of total compensation models and strategic pricing
.

While experience in process optimization and variable compensation schemes is valued, the role prioritizes
structural design, deep financial analysis, and strategic decision-making
, rather than operational administration or optimization of existing models.
