Sobre la vacante:

Buscamos un profesional con mentalidad analítica, obsesionado con la conversión y la optimización del funnel digital en entornos de E-commerce. Este rol es clave para el crecimiento del negocio, enfocándose en la
optimización continua de la experiencia del usuario mediante modelos de investigación, data y experimentación.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Auditoría:
    liderar el análisis integral del embudo en todos los puntos de contacto digitales para identificar las principales oportunidades de crecimiento. Desarrollar una hoja de ruta de pruebas estratégicas y un marco de priorización.
  • Traducir conocimientos de datos en experiencias de usuario innovadoras
    , utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics 4, Fullstory, Looker o Power BI.
  • Experimentación:
    Diseñar y ejecutar un programa de pruebas A/B, multivariado y personalizar la experiencia de compra. Crear marcos de prueba y estándares de documentación. Diseñar e implementar
    pruebas A/B
    en UX/UI, checkout, pricing, producto, entre otros.
  • Colaborar con equipos de tecnología, UX y contenido
    para potenciar la conversión en todos los puntos de contacto digitales.
  • Mantener un
    benchmarking constante
    en tendencias, tecnologías y mejores prácticas de Growth y E-commerce.
  • Movilizar la experimentación más allá del ecommerce,
    para que los equipos de adquisición y fidelización utilicen buenas prácticas y lo incluyan en su ADN.
  • Conocimiento en experiencia de usuario.

¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años
    en Growth Hacking o CRO Specialist exclusivamente en
    E-commerce
    .
  • Conocimiento avanzado en
    CRO, funnels de conversión y estrategias de optimización para tiendas online
    .
  • Manejo experto de
    herramientas de analítica y medición
    (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar o Fullstory, Looker o Power BI).
  • Dominio de
    herramientas de experimentación y personalización
    (Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely o alguna relacionada).
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo con equipos interdisciplinarios (UX/UI, Producto, Tecnología, Marketing y Data).
  • Inglés intermedio.
