TP is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Workday Configuration Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding and Core HCM.
This role will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of
Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM
solutions, reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.

This position will be part of the Digital Employee Experience team and report to the Functional Product owner of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM Modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Work directly with a diverse set of business users on documenting business and functional requirements and developing solutions within adaptive.
  • In partnership with various leaders, coordinate implementation of integrations bringing data into WD from a variety of enterprise systems
  • Conduct testing and validation of build to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of configured solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • English B2 or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Workday.
  • Strong understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM modules.
  • Experience gathering requirements from diverse users and developing high quality solutions to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology and the Jira tool.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with cross-functional team management and vendor partnerships.
  • Workday certification in Recruitment and Onboarding or Core HCM (Desired)
