Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Product Designer (UX/UI) con pensamiento crítico, enfoque en el usuario y una fuerte capacidad para transformar problemas complejos en experiencias digitales claras, eficientes y escalables. Este rol combina diseño de experiencia end-to-end, participación activa en discovery, colaboración con producto y tecnología, y una mirada integral sobre la usabilidad y consistencia de la plataforma Osigu.

Este rol tiene impacto directo en la calidad del producto, la satisfacción del usuario y la evolución del diseño dentro de la compañía.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar experiencias completas de usuario: user journeys, flujos, wireframes y prototipos de alta fidelidad.
  • Asegurar que los diseños sean intuitivos, eficientes y alineados con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Garantizar la consistencia visual y de experiencia en todo el ecosistema de productos Osigu.

 Discovery, investigación y colaboración con producto

  • Participar activamente en discovery: entrevistas, validación de hipótesis, análisis de datos y exploración de oportunidades.
  • Trabajar junto a PM/PO para definir requerimientos, priorizar funcionalidades y evaluar impacto.
  • Documentar decisiones clave, racionales de diseño y asegurar un handoff claro hacia ingeniería.

 Trabajo transversal con ingeniería y QA

  • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para asegurar una correcta implementación del diseño.
  • Trabajar con QA para validar criterios visuales, comportamiento y experiencia final.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida y proactiva con todas las áreas involucradas en el ciclo de producto.

 Consistencia, usabilidad y estándares de diseño

  • Utilizar y aportar al design system de Osigu, respetando patrones y proponiendo mejoras cuando sea necesario.
  • Aplicar heurísticas, buenas prácticas y principios de diseño centrado en el usuario.
  • Asegurar que cada flujo entregue valor tangible al usuario y reduzca fricción.

Requisitos

Formación y experiencia

  • 2–5 años de experiencia en UX/UI, diseño de producto o diseño digital.
  • Experiencia comprobable diseñando productos end-to-end (desde research hasta handoff).
  • Experiencia trabajando con PM, ingeniería y QA en entornos de producto digital.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Dominio avanzado de Figma (componentes, autolayout, prototipos interactivos).
  • Experiencia con herramientas de mapeo y workshops (FigJam, Miro).
  • Uso práctico de design systems y patrones de interfaz.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de research (Maze, Lookback, Dovetail — básico/intermedio).
  • Conocimiento sólido de heurísticas de Nielsen, UCD y arquitectura de información.
