Your Challenge

Define the design strategy for the projects under your responsibility, motivating and supporting the team to implement it according to the established objectives. With a holistic approach (UX, visual, and content), you will make key decisions in coordination with Business and Technology areas.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in business analysis and user definition.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations, interaction flows, and site maps.
  • Design interactive prototypes and apply information architecture.
  • Manage Design Systems & UI Kits.
  • Review development quality, usability, and interactions.
  • Coordinate with design teams and share knowledge.
Your Experience
  • 2+ years in roles such as Product Design Lead, UX Design Lead, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge in UX Design, Visual Design, Atomic Design, and agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in frameworks: Design Thinking (mandatory) and at least 2 others (Customer Experience, Jobs to Be Done, Business Design, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience defining KPIs, backlog, and roadmap.
  • Advanced English level required (written and spoken).
