We're looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape the future of our platform's user experience and interface. You'll play a key role in turning complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful designs that help our users achieve more. This role blends creativity, strategy, and collaboration, translating user insights and business goals into products that are functional, cohesive, and visually engaging.

• Lead end-to-end design for key product features, from concept through to execution and delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline ideation, prototyping, and wireframe creation.
• Analyze user behavior using analytics and research tools to identify opportunities for UX improvements.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in SaaS and product design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proven portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving ability.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Experience maintaining and scaling design systems.
• Ability to interpret data and insights from analytics tools to guide design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-based wireframing or design tools.
• Business professional level English communication skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional, remote teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

• $4,000-$6,000 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
