The Role

The Product Designer for the Private Operator's Experience platform will create user-centered solutions that help parking operators optimize their ecosystems while driving business growth through increased adoption and monetization. By designing intuitive interfaces and data-driven tools, this role supports the company's goal of transforming cities into livable, optimized digital powerhouses and expanding market influence.

  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team, the designer will enhance decision-making and improve urban mobility.
  • The role involves fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, balancing global standardization with local market needs.
  • Independently lead end-to-end initiatives throughout the design process. Define patterns and design requirements for mobile app and responsive website.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, managing expectations and communications. Identify opportunities and define success metrics for your deliveries.
  • Contribute to design systems and local libraries in collaboration with the Design System team.
  • Advocate for design and user-centric perspectives in daily work.
  • Balance exploration of new directions in user experience with incremental improvements. Proactively define and lead research projects using data, insights, and user research.
  • Represent design and user perspectives in high-level discussions with key stakeholders.

About You
Demonstrated leadership in guiding design decisions. Track record of successful, product-focused, outcome-driven projects. 3+ years of recent experience designing native mobile apps (preferably B2C), covering the full end-to-end process — from research to UX and UI execution.

Your background

  • Over 6 years of experience in Digital Product Design.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, particularly in B2C and consumer-facing mobile apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Figma and various design tools for prototyping.
  • Capability to integrate UX research, UX writing, motion design, and design systems effectively.
  • Experience with responsive web platforms and SaaS is a plus.
