Position Summary

Sabtrix is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Commercial Executive / Sales Closer to join our team.

This role is focused on the final stage of the sales process, converting qualified leads into paying clients. You will close high-ticket B2B digital services, manage objections, and conduct professional sales conversations with U.S.-based clients.

This is a performance-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys closing deals, working with international clients, and growing within a fast-scaling company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Close high-ticket sales with qualified inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct full sales and closing calls in English
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and chat
  • Create and send quotes, proposals, and invoices
  • Follow up on active opportunities and payments
  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM
  • Track and review sales data using Excel
  • Coordinate basic work orders and project follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to meet revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English – C1 level or higher (REQUIRED) This role requires full sales calls in English. If you do not meet this level, please do not apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent organization, follow-up discipline, and time management
  • Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Experience

  • BPO Voice Customer Service or Sales Account: minimum 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience handling U.S.-based clients is a strong plus
  • Experience in sales closing or lead conversion is highly valued

Tools & Systems

  • CRM platforms (any system – training provided)
  • Excel (basic functions, tables, filters)
  • Google Docs / Word or similar tools

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base pay: $4.5 USD per hour (paid hourly)
  • Sales incentives and commissions
  • Performance bonuses up to $100 USD per month
  • Internet & electricity allowance: COP $150,000 per month

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • No weekends required

Required:

  • Personal laptop or desktop
  • Windows 10/11 – Intel i5 (10th gen) / Ryzen series) or higher
  • MacBook Air/Pro M1 or M2 – minimum 256GB storage
  • Minimum 8GB RAM
