Job description: We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience. The CSR is responsible for developing the relationships between our customers, service technicians, and operations. Looking for problem solvers, who enjoy working independently and as a part of a team and are looking to start a career path
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to a network of clients for the largest family owned pest control company in the world.
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls (to schedule pest control service and to process payment for service).
Assist in resolving customer issues.
Perform data entry, generate and print reports and generate sales leads using various reports to initiate contact with customers/prospects and propose appropriate pest control services.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Minimum 6 months experience in CSR (MUST BE)
Excellent level of English, very fluent, with the slightest accent and a very friendly tone (MUST BE).
Excellent positive attitude, who can be pleasant, empathetic and polite to customers (MUST BE).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed, as well as emotional intelligence to deal with stressed customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, typing at 40+ words per minute and able to multi-task.
