Content Marketing Specialist
Locations: Colombia only (remote)

In this role you will work with an exciting startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their projects. This is a great chance to work with an exciting company that is helping the top contractors in the US and Canada.

The Role

Co-lead our client's rise as the definitive authority in construction intelligence through world-class content creation. Help own the editorial calendar as part of a team to produce high-impact assets annually, and establish the company as the leader in their space, driving qualified pipeline and thought leadership across the sector.

This role is responsible for designing and executing a data-driven content strategy across all channels, focusing on SEO optimization and using proprietary research to establish market thought leadership, drive organic traffic, and articulate clear value in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • 3+ years B2B content marketing experience.
  • Highly skilled with AI technologies for content creation and adherence to brand standards.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and producing high-converting assets at scale (case studies, white papers, video scripts, community content)
  • 3+ years working with SEO strategy, keyword mapping, analytics, etc.
  • Proficiency in professional writing, editing, and research skills, with a sharp eye for voice, clarity, and industry positioning
Essential skills
  • Strong collaboration record with product, sales, design, and success teams to build strategic campaigns and onboarding content
  • Analytical thinker able to present campaign results, content ROI, and continuous improvements tied to pipeline outcomes
  • Experience with advanced marketing analytics tools (HubSpot CMS, attribution platforms) preferred
  • High ownership, adaptability in a rapid-growth environment, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Growth mindset, curiosity about market trends, and a collaborative spirit
  • Comfortable operating in a distributed team with accountability for direct business impact
